The recruitment process consisted of 3 major stages: application, phone interview and Assessment Centre. The first stage - phone interview - was a knowledge-based 45 min interview, where most of the questions were oriented on basics of programming, knowledge of data structures and their applications. Interview involved no coding, only verbal description of algorithms. It will also be great if you are familiar with basics of computer architecture and your chosen language compiler/VM (My language was Java, therefore JVM). After a week I got my invitation to the Assessment Centre. There you will have 2 technical and one interpersonal interview, followed by a group exercise. Technical interviews basically expand on what you have covered on the phone, except for the fact that this time you will be asked to code and show your understanding of the problem. It is better to try and come up with your own solution backed up by your knowledge than simply skip the question if you don't know the answer.
