I sensed that from the beginning the leader was unsatsified with me, but still he spent the next hour talking about how I should have planned better and, clarified what kind of smart & elite people they want, I guess
2 rounds of interview one with the lead and other with the VP. it focuses more on your skills and experience in your current role where in you are asked regarding logical situations.
