My interview lasted about 30 minutes, I was mostly asked technical questions about stock markets, accounting related, other related financial concepts. There were hardly any personal questions in the first round.
2 rounds of interview one with the lead and other with the VP. it focuses more on your skills and experience in your current role where in you are asked regarding logical situations.
