Entrevista
Two initial phone calls with HR, then two separate phone interviews first with one person, then two in succession. Then there was one in person interview with the hiring manager and other managers taking turns, with a coding exercise, and finally a second in person personality type interview with HR to figure out if you would be a good fit in the organization, how much you want the job and try to figure out your salary requirements.
Everyone was professional and nice, at lease looked like they were. I made it through the final interview and received positive feedback from the HR, then got completely ghosted. No offer, no rejection, no response. Radio Silence.
Three rounds. First over the phone with HR. Second round via zoom. Final round in person. Spread out over 3 months. Using AI for scheduling and setting up calendar invites.
First round with sector head then second round with written test including a model test translation and then last round meet apac head, solid stock pitch needed, overall not really difficult
