The website is super antiquated in terms of applying online so the application process took me a little longer than usual - time consuming. I applied May 9th and got a call back from a recruiter on May 15th to set up a phone screening that took about 15 mins. Phone screen was the next day, May 16th. Recruiter was awesome - super easy screen - just general questions. At the end of the phone screen I was emailed and the recruiter set me up for an in person interview with the hiring manager. Got confirmation for the interview on May 17 for an in person interview on the 29th (keep in mind this was around the time of Memorial Day holiday or else the in person might have been scheduled a little sooner.) Either way, the interview went really well. The hiring manager even told me about another position in the same department that she thought I would be a good fit for! So I thought my chances were great - being that I was eligible for hire for two positions. Manager told me that if I had any questions to email her - gave me her card etc. I emailed that evening just to say "thank you for your time" - didn't receive a response but it was a pretty rhetorical email anyway. After a few weeks went by I heard nothing - I emailed the recruiter and got a pretty shady/vague response about it so I emailed the hiring manager and got no response at all. Again, the system they use for applying is so old that it doesn't send responses once they updated your status on the position - you have to physically log-in to see that you are no longer under consideration - needless to say i logged in and saw after weeks of attempted correspondence that I was no longer under consideration.
