As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in enabling our VP’s and Directors to operate effectively by ensuring seamless organization, communication, and administrative support. You will act as a trusted partner, connecting people, priorities, and processes across a global organization.

Working in close collaboration with senior leadership and international teams, this role offers a great opportunity to develop in a dynamic and multicultural environment, while contributing to the efficiency and success of our organization.

Reporting to a VP or Director, you will provide daily support in managing agendas, communications, and activity coordination, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What are you going to do?

As a structured and service-oriented professional, you ensure that daily operations run efficiently and that stakeholders are well supported. You are able to prioritize, anticipate needs, and bring clarity in a fast-paced environment.

You manage communication, organize agendas, and coordinate key activities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. You act as a central point of contact, facilitating collaboration across teams and locations.

Make a difference as Executive Assistant

• Manage and screen incoming correspondence, including emails, calls, and requests.
• Prepare draft communications, documents, and presentations.
• Coordinate and manage complex calendars and agendas.
• Organize meetings, including preparation, logistics, and minute taking.
• Arrange and coordinate business travel and itineraries.
• Organize international meetings, visits, and events.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

What you bring as a future colleague

• Have a vocational or associate degree (or equivalent);
• Have experience in an administrative or executive assistant role;
• Are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities;
• Have strong communication skills in English;
• Have a proactive, hands-on, and service-oriented mindset;
• Are comfortable working in an international environment;
• Bring attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
