Despite receiving consistently strong feedback throughout the interview process—including being told by the recruiter that I was an excellent fit, hearing from the HR Manager that she had “heard great things” about me, and receiving positive feedback from the Operations Manager—the process was handled in a highly unprofessional and disrespectful manner. The Plant Manager failed to attend the initially scheduled interview with no prior notice or communication from HR, resulting in a complete waste of my time. After investing substantial time across multiple interview rounds and being led to believe I was a top candidate, I ultimately received nothing more than a generic automated rejection email claiming I did not meet the qualifications for the role. The experience reflected poor communication, lack of professionalism, and disregard for the candidate’s time throughout the process.
