The interview process is very through, and you get to meet all the members of all the upper management team. Furthermore, all aspects of employment are discussed in depth. You will watch plenty of videos to orientate you to Modine/Airedale's culture. There will be plenty of opportunities to introduce yourself in the orientation process, and to answer any questions that you may have. The entire orientation process is rather lengthy taking more than a day to complete. You will get paid for time spent in orientation.
