Entrevista
I found the Job Posted on Indeed.com. I responded to the post and was contacted the next week to set up a phone screen. The Phone Screen was with HR recruiter. Pretty general stuff. Next I was scheduled for a Technical interview with a Senior Developer. He as both Java and Android Questions. Finally the issued a Code Challenge. They gave me some specs and then gave me 48 hours to build an Android App.

I had a total of 6 rounds for this position in Mobiquity.
1st Round - Just a screening round where the interviewer asked me background questions, like any other screening.
2nd Round - This was the 1st technical phone interview in which he asked me basic Computer Science questions. He had a list of questions from several sections like Java, Data Structures, Web Services, Agile, etc. which he asked me like a rapid fire round.
3rd Round - This was Android coding challenge. I was asked to design a dropbox API with a given set of functionality. It was not that difficult and i managed to submit the code before the deadline.
4th Round - This was another technical interview which was obviously a bit difficult than the 1st technical interview. The interviewer asked some basic Android questions and scenario based questions where he wanted to know what Android classes i can use to get the solution. He was testing the range of my Android knowledge and thinking ability.
Everything was working smooth until this point of time. It took just 1.5 weeks for 4 rounds. But here is where things started to get a bit annoying. I was told that the next interview will be my final interview.
5th Round - This was an HR + technical interview. The technical was a bit more deeper than the last technical round and HR question were basic like any other HR interview. I did not do great in this interview since i thought it was only supposed to be HR and hence my confidence dropped a little bit when he started asking technical questions.
I thought I was done with the interviews. It took 2 weeks for them to respond back. I was expecting a decision but instead they wanted to schedule another technical interview. Now was the time when the co-ordination was kinda broken because they said they had some technical difficulties in receiving mails (that is what they said).
6th Round - The next interview was scheduled after 2 weeks. This was again technical + HR. Technical was easy since she asked me all the questions that were being previously asked by all the technical interviewers. HR was related to test my leadership qualities.
This finally ended the process and it took them again a span of 2 weeks to respond.
I understand full time hiring takes time but the annoying thing was that I was not getting responses from them. I had to mail them time and again to get a mail. And it was annoying to take a span of 1.5 months just for 2 interviews.

Interviews were drawn out over several trips. Started out as high level with company management and moved more in depth with system architects and senior developers. Selling points were flexible work locations and the ability to move up in the company quickly. Downsides were than a very long work week were advertised by almost everyone.
