I had 3 interviews with this company. The first one was technical in the beginning of the August (More than 1 hour), The second one with their coach in September (More than 2 hours). Third interview in September with the CEO (Around 20 minutes). In the last interview CEO told me they will come back to me soon and we will see each other soon. After two weeks I didn't hear anything from them, I send an email and asked what is the result? They replied, they are still in the evaluation process and will come back to me end of the week. Now it is 3 months passed from our last communication and still I didn't receive any email. After doing more than four hours interview, it is more appropriate to send an email say yes or no. For me it was wasting time.
