Open, vlot en transparant. Respectvol. Onmiddelijke duidelijkheid over procedure. Open en positieve gesprekken. Uiteindelijk afgehaakt om in mijn huidige functie te blijven. Conform pakket. Zou het bedrijf zeker aanraden aan andere kandidaten.
