Entrevista
Following the recruiter's initial call, I underwent two interviews – one with the Director and another technical interview. The Director's interview focused on behavioral aspects and work challenges, while the technical interview delved into scenarios related to Azure DevOps processes and infrastructure. Both interviews went well. However, after a two-week wait, the recruiter informed me that I hadn't been selected for the Senior Technical Consultant position but was offered the Technical Consultant role with a lower salary. This was surprising as I had applied for the Technical Consultant position, and we had already discussed the salary during the initial phases. I declined the offer, and I am still perplexed by the unexpected change, particularly from a company like Microsoft.

The recruitment and interview scheduling process was smooth and well-organized. Follow-ups were timely and handled professionally. However, the HR representative was unresponsive and did not communicate effectively, which was disappointing given the otherwise professional experience.

Combination of culture fit/standard screening, after that you get a consulting case to solve, then behavioral. Went through 5 different people working as Technical Consultants and other business functions there. Had 4/5 tell me they'd be looking forward to seeing me there in the summer but never ended up getting the offer sadly.
