Fairly standard interview process. One 15-min phone screen, then they bring you in for a full day of interviews with the team you may be working with. Interviews can range from 1-on-1 interview with another Consultant to a group panel interview where you present your life story.

Q: What challenges have you faced in the past? How did you address them?
The interview begin with shortlisting candidate after which 2 rounds of interview rounds begin with first round as technical followed by Hiring Manager Round. The interview experience was smooth within the given time slot. The candidate need to join the teams calls with their recruitment team and get your interview done.

Entrevista
There were 2 rounds in total. First was a technical round. Second was an HR round. In technical, DSA (sorting, linked lists), Java, DBMS and questions on the projects you have done mentioned in the given resume were asked. In HR behavioral and scenario based questions were asked.
