I had an absolutely terrible interview experience.
The recruiter asked me to move my interview up by a week, giving me less time to prepare - despite the urgency, it took 3 weeks for me to get a generic rejection.
The interviews themselves went until 8PM, and I was not given any alternative times to schedule.
By the first interview, it was clear that the job was not a good technical fit (I wasn't even interested in the problems the team solve). A 1 hour call I had had with the hiring manager ahead of time did not go at all into the technical expectations of the role, despite my questions about them
Ultimately I felt as though I wasted both the interviews and my time, and there was no persons I was able to provide this feedback to as the recruiter ghosted me after the scheduling process.

1st round with HM - focussed more on past work experiences.
After that full loop 4 rounds with team - Coding, Design, Behavioral, People management.
I was interviewing for security role, so most design questions were focussed on security concepts - data protection, encryption algorithms etc

Excellent interview process, I was treated respectfully and nicely. There was a technical interview, a design interview, an HR interview and a management interview. All were good and went well. I would really like to work there

First round after the recruiter. Virtual interview via Teams.
Interviewer was quite easy to talk with and created a smooth "environment".
Interviewer answered in details all questions I asked. We had a good exchange comparing my experience with the environment at Microsoft Cambridge.
