Very quick and efficient ...mostly conversational and ad hoc. Hiring manager mostly wanted to get to know candidate and talked about work experiences and try to see if candidate fit in the MICROSOFT culture. Interview was easy going and not intense but they wanted to make sure candidate is high potential in terms of personality fit and capabilities wise.
