Entrevista
Very straight forward. Meet with HR and reporting manager to go over your resume and salary expectations, and educational background. They will review your experience as a customer service rep and ask you questions to learn how your skills relate to the job you are interviewing for. They will ask you how you handle a few case scenarios to see if you meet their expectations.I found the interviewing process to be very traditional. The people are very nice.
