Solicité el puesto a través de una agencia de empleo. El proceso duró 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Michelin en oct 2014
Entrevista
Hired through a recruitment agency, with an initial interview through them before an assessment centre at Michelin. Assessment centre involved a group exercise, one on one interview and various psychometric tests. A challenging day but enjoyable as the staff are genuinely interested in getting to know you and how well you would settle in to the company. I was invited back for a second interview a week later and a tour of the site and was offered the position the same day.

Zuerst erfolgte ein Telefoninterview gefolgt von einer Einladung zum Assessment Center vor Ort.
Beim Telefoninterview klassisch fragen zum Lebenslauf. Im Assessment Center dann unterschiedliche Aufgaben zu Konflikten, technischen Verständnis usw.

Entrevista
This is one of a kind Interview process. Just clear your mind, stay calm and attend the Selection. It’s going to be a mix of puzzles and problem solving based on industrial engineering. If you have patience, you’ll love it.
