The worst interview process i ever seen in my career. It took around one and half months to whole process. There were 5 rounds 3 technical and 1 HR and then Personality Test, I had cleared all 3 technical and HR round. HR asked me to submit all documents and i had submitted it and she asked me for PI test, It was very general test and they have rejected by giving a reason that you have not cleared a PI test. I was like what was in the test? anyone can crack it is all about Personality test. When i had done with first round then i asked many times about my feedback she kept my call on rejected list and after 20 days she came with feedback that you cleared and first and we are scheduling second technical round, such unprofessional behavior. whole recruitment is done with Peoplefly consultancy.
