My process was led by the Sr Director of Product Growth. We had a phone discussion first to go over the basics: role, goals, etc. I appreciate how clear everything was, and felt the interaction to be very professional. Salary range was an open and comfortable discussion, which is sadly rare these days. I then went through 4 short Zoom meetings: the current SDR Manager, VP of Sales, President (who runs the Rev Org), and the Sr Director mentioned above. They were set up quickly, and all completed in under a week. These interviews were a large part of what made Metadata my first choice: the culture seemed fantastic, the leaders were seasoned pros with tons to teach, and the belief / confidence in the product reminded me of when I joined Outreach. One other note: when the process started, I was sent an email that included a walk through of what to expect, including the names, titles, and order for each interviewer / step in the process, so I wasn't left wondering what would come next.
