Major topics of focus for our discussions were leadership style, perspective on culture, career and skills growth of employees, understanding of the marketing and MarTech space, and ability to create scalability.

This is honestly a summary of all of the discussions, so there were not just one or even a few answers. Overall, we agreed that we did not love hustle culture or micro management, that we prefer quality as the focus with quantity as a simple baseline, that employees should be valued, supported, and leveled up, and had any discussions about how to create conversations with Demand Gen leaders.
