Applied online, was contacted by a recruiter a week later. Usually the next step is to do a screen interview but they skipped that step and went straight to full-loop/final stage interviews (total of 3 back to back). Did not receive an offer for an FTE role but instead was invited to interview again and got an offer for a contract role (Recruiting Scheduler).

All behavioral questions. Highly recommend to use the STAR method and DO NOT give any hypothetical answers, Meta interviewers wants real life examples ONLY. You may have to make some stuff up.

The process was very streamlined, and for the role, I thought fairly easy if you've done the role in the past.
As follows:
1.Email requesting availability
2. PreScreen with Recruiter
3.Test
4.Interview with Hiring Manager
5.Panel three people
6.Got a call for the offer but declined for a different role at Meta
Very fast and quick recruiting process. Recruiting was responsive and was able to move me along quickly. They really took time out of their day to make sure that I was going to be successful in my interviews
