* HR Screening (Not agreed on salary as the offered was below my current salary so my interest was down) * Sent invitation for first round technical interview (Bit surprise). I thought lets experience this at least for Glassdoor feedback :-) * Attended 1Hr interview with current lead and manager. Went well, moved to the next round i.e. Technical Assignment. Was told coding is not critical for this role but better to have. * Immediately assignment was sent and duration is 10Days. * Completed the assignment during the weekend TBH, assignment was not super complex, and the next step was supposed to be technical design related interview and few more after that(Don't remember exactly) However I got response after more than 10days of submission - We're unable to proceed further. Not my over confidence but truly I had no clue where it went wrong :-) But on the other side I am happy that another better opportunity is waiting for me. Good Luck Mendix! Suggestion - Maybe you can include assessment part as well in your product so that the non-technical persons(eg. HR) also can evaluate
