I received a call from HR of Melstar Information Technology.She told me with fumble, this is an IT company.Then she told me that we are CMM level 3 company.She was talking arrogantly and asking personal questions unnecessarily.She asked me location preference. She did not ask important questions about my skill set and experience in each skill.Then she told me that you will be working at one of our client location in Andheri Mumbai. Also ,she was insisting me if you are shortlisted then you will have to attend interview round as soon as possible. She wanted to schedule my interview on next day. Somehow I got ready for that.Also she was trying to insist me to join in 15 days as I am not doing any job currently. But I am planning to join next company after December as I have some important personal work. I told her that I can join in January first week and also gave her my personal reason behind that. But still she was forcing me to join early and then ask client for leaves of 3 weeks. According to her if client is ready then there would not be any problem. So I asked her, better if I will join in January. But she was not ready and trying to scheduled my interview on next day.Then after the call, I decided to check this company on glassdoor and found that this is a third party vendor company who provide resources to IT company. In short this is not an IT company. This is a third party payroll IT consultancy. Also Their reviews are very bad(deduction/delay in salary without any reason and many more) which you people can check on glassdoor.Also, if they are claiming as an IT company then I haven't seen any proper product or service name that they made or any client for which they work on their website. Also I doubt about their CMM level. On their website it is clearly written that "We bring in quality by virtue of SEI CMM level 3 processes ".means they are bringing qaulity by their own but not certified as CMM level 3
