I interviewed for a management accounting role with head of HR and finance and both were amazing people, i progressed to the next round with the GM who was lovely. I was told i would have an answered by Monday afternoon as i had another offer and this was my dream role, i ended up getting called monday to say tuesday and then thursday morning to then getting a 15 second call from a staff from HR with the initials AG at 3pm saying i didnt have the required skills. To me this was so annoying cause if it was a skills issue why did i have an informal chat on people with the GM and i lost the other role by waiting. At the end of the day the dont owe me a thing but i was sold on GM and he care to the people and desire to build the culture which she did say was poor and felt in this entire process i was treated with no respect, honesty or care. They offered a good salary but would 100% not recommend anyone to pursue there roles after reading their staff reviews and this was a clear situation where there words sounded amazing but their actions were the exact opposite.
