multi-level interview. first and second interviews went really well. The final interview was with a multi-level interview and felt rushed and unorganized. Didn't hear back for many days before the recruiter reached out that they had already filled the position. Seemed that they had filled the position before my final interview and wished they had been more considerate of my time and had let me known.

Entrevista
I had several interviews with the recruiters, who were kind, thoughtful, and thorough. After my interview with the district manager, I was encouraged to hear that they were impressed and would follow up regarding next steps. However, I felt disappointed when I didn't receive any communication afterward, especially after investing so much time in three interviews.
As a professional, I believe everything happens for a reason, but I also think it’s important for candidates to receive a rejection email. A little communication goes a long way! As a manager who has interviewed hundreds of candidates, I would never leave an applicant hanging and feel that it’s only right to close the loop when deciding to go in another direction. This experience left me feeling pretty bummed about the brand.
