Interview process was quick. We were 6 applicants in the Zoom meeting. There was a brief orientation in the beginning before the one on one interview. Aside from the experience and skills, a bug chunk of the interview grading is your communication skills, pronunciation and how you construct your sentences. During the interview, the interviewer reads your resume so it's best to master everything you put into your resume. (Please note that the questions asked to me may be different from your experience since we may not have the same interviewer. Interviewers have different styles of handling interviews so it's best to prepare and consider other questions that might be asked to you.)

My interview went really well—the recruiter even mentioned that I was a competent applicant and was impressed with my resume. I attended their orientation meeting, but after that, they never followed up. I sent two emails to different contacts, and it’s been a month without a response. It’s incredibly disrespectful to candidates. I would never consider interviewing with them again.
