Face to face interview. Fairly simple. Asked about janitorial work. Asked about prior work history. Only one interview, then offer and discuss pay and benefits. Asked questions about cleaning fryers, bathrooms, floors, tables, etc.
OK, nothing extravagant. What would you expect for this kind of role. Good vibe and quick feedback. No stress. Normal expectations and nice attitude with no stupid questions that could be crazy for a janitor role.

The interview process was really good and easy it didn't take too long and it was fairly short they just asked me a few customer facing questions and safety questions
Pretty basic questions surrounding work history. They were very thorough in terms of a background check with regards to my previous work experience, available hours, expectations etc. As you'd expect it was mostly questions around cleaning.
