Applied online, met in person 10-15 minutes with the manager, was a nice interview with the usual questions about the job asking about my experience and tolerance level for drama.
Lot's of questions
Practical test and psychological test. pretty tough.
Had to meet many employees and make sure we can satisfy patrons.
Tested on knowledge of my cooking and baking.

It was all a very good process. They were very nice and they also were very pleasant to talk to. They wanted to let me have the job and it was very refreshing to be around someone who is so kind.
