There were a total of 3 rounds of interview 1. Assessment 2. Technical 3. HR round. I had completed all 3 , salary negotiation and all steps were completed, after that i got a call 3 days later that they could not afford this salary and by H&N policy they have rejected my application. After some discussion they were ready to offer but they reduced salary.
