The process begins with a preliminary interview where they ask you questions about your resume. It is pretty straightforward and you'll most likely advance to the next stage if the recruiter likes you. The next stage is with the human resources manager. It is a more in-depth dive into your resume and they ask behavioral questions and inquire into the extent of your hr skillset.
