Interview process is too lengthy(7weeks!) and recruiters doesn’t respond to you at all! Initially recruiter said they are looking for Fullstack mainly concerned on backend as Java or Node. Recruiter called and setup the interview with one of the Tech lead. After clearing that they asked me to submit one of the self project for code review. Next they setup the 7 video interviews and most of them were interested with the ReactJs and few were concentrating on Node. (I was good at Angular, Node, Java, Spring boot.) By looking at that I was sure that they were just time passing! And finally after 4 long weeks of following up with recruiter, he sent an email that he is moving forward with other candidate. Totally the process took 7weeks!!
