Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en MassMutual (San Francisco, CA) en ago 2011
Entrevista
Pretty straight forward phone interview asking about your interest in MassMutual followed by a basic interview reviewing your background and the ways things work at MM. 2nd interview goes more in depth about how things actually work and how you rope clients in with the Recruiter. Declined the third interview with a manager.

went well, was fairly easy, only had two rounds before coming into the office, overall was positive experience where i felt comfortable to be myself, although the internship itself was a sell to friends and family type of job.

Solicité el puesto en persona. El proceso duró 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en MassMutual (Walnut Creek, CA) en abr 2023
Entrevista
It was a pleasant experience. I was jobhunting for quite a while. COVID and post-COVID created a highly intense job market. I was at a job fair, and decided to move forward with the interview.
HR recruiter was very nice, bubbly, and she answered a lot of questions with detail about different specs.
Later on, the hiring manager later became my supervisor. He was also very nice.
The interview questions were standard: "tell me about yourself" and "what do you look to gain from working with us."
after a few phone calls and 2 zoom interviews, I was in.
It felt more like vibe-checking.
They told me licenses and education will be reimbursed after I get accepted.
There is a contract phase where you are given 30 days to try out the job and meet a quota. If you feel comfortable, you can accept the full-time role. If not, no ties, no harm. (But the reimbursement will be out of your pocket).
