An design assement was given after the 2nd interviewed, asked to create a furniture layout, mood board, FF&E board and colored elevation rendering with description of design concepts. After submitted the design assement, a 3rd interview with their LA studio director (asked typical questions and asked me to go over my portfolio), during the interview was informed that they will make a decision in a day or two and I never heard back from this company and a week and half later, I saw they had a NEW job post on LinkedIn looking for junior interior designer again.

Ghosted. HR reached out twice on email after sending resume an portfolio and did my interview. Received a second interview offer early next week. No response was received after the second interview even after multiple follow ups. Included a screening interview with HR and a second interview with the locations lead designer
