It was a phone interview that began with basic interview questions by HR, why are you interested in this position, why did you choose mapsted etc. Then I was forwarded to a technical interview on the phone with one of their lead engineers who asked me questions about what's an important aspect of object oriented programming and more about my programming experience.

The interview wasn't difficult. they asked you to describe yourself and your experience; then they asked a few technical question to test your knowledge. The questions were based on OOP concepts.
