I had an extremely disappointing experience with Malam Team’s hiring process. After my interview, I was left in the dark for two whole weeks without any response. No update and no rejection If they treat candidates this way, I can only imagine how they treat their employees. But the real red flag? The illegal questions they asked me during the interview. They had the audacity to ask about my age, marital status, and whether I have children—questions that have absolutely nothing to do with my skills or qualifications. It was painfully obvious that my answers affected their decision, making it feel like blatant discrimination. If this is how they operate…A company that disrespects candidates like this is not one you want to work for. Unprofessional, outdated, and potentially discriminatory.
