Technical Round 1 – Core Skills Evaluation
Focuses on fundamental concepts related to Automation Testing, Selenium, Java, API testing, SQL, and problem-solving. You may be asked to write code, explain automation frameworks, or walk through past project experience.
Technical Round 2 – Advanced Automation & Framework Design
This round evaluates hands-on expertise in advanced automation topics such as framework architecture, CI/CD integration, debugging complex issues, mobile automation (Appium), and scenario-based questions. You may also face practical assignments or live coding tasks.
Technical Round 3 – Practical Assessment / System Design
In this round, candidates are assessed on real-time automation scenarios, test strategy, performance in API automation, and designing scalable testing solutions. You may also be asked about your contributions in past projects, challenges faced, and leadership capabilities.
Managerial Round (Optional)
Evaluates communication skills, ownership, teamwork, decision-making, and alignment with organizational values. Discussion may include role expectations, work style, and future goals.
