Entrevista
It was a two-stage process with the first interview being with 2 people, and the second being with CEO. The first interview seemed to be about technical skills and the second was more about fit. Building was old, but it was a polite environment from the receptionist, to the interviewers. At the second interview, after the set questions I had an open chat we the CEO and we both decided that it wasn't right for both sides, as I wanted the freedom to talk about broader issues, but no hard feelings

Entrevista
This was a two stage interview. At the first, I was asked to do a very odd task of drawing a coat of arms which had nothing to do with the job role.
The second interview was with the CEO, which I found to be extremely odd. He asked me personal questions about my faith, and kept pushing and trying to figure out why I left my old job. This could have been for many personal reasons which I am not obliged to share.
I got a very weird vibe as soon as I met him, it was extremely intense with just question after question without any clear structure.
Overall, the interview process was very unprofessional and uncomfortable.
