The interview process depends on the Account/Project of the open position. For my interview with the Nordstrom account, it consisted of three parts: a 20-minute screening with a recruiter, a 1.5-hour system design interview with an offshore System Architect, and a 1.5-hour interview with an onshore Engineering Manager, which also included a coding task. All aspects of the interview were conducted at a high level and were smooth and comfortable.

During the system design interview, the main objective of the interviewer was to create a profile that covered the candidate's experience and knowledge of the required technologies, patterns, methodologies, and overall engineering excellence.
In the coding interview, the task was to create a function that converts Roman numerals to Arabic numbers. I was allowed to use my IDE and screen sharing, which made the task more manageable and allowed me to perform comfortably.

Amistosa, calida y amable. Empatía y claridad del lado del entrevistador. Técnicamente no se hizo mucho énfasis dada la diferencia en el perfil que estaba buscando. Quedamos a la espera de un proyecto más adecuado.

it was really good, questions were mostly focused on Java 8 features and collections. Few questions were asked from microservices . Interviewer was asking point to point relevant questions , gave some programming questions as well.
