But, couldn't proceed to next round as the requirement was not confirmed.
Companies should not waste candidates time, without a confirmed requirement...
Depends only on the client you are being hired for. There are mostly dependent on clients only. Sometimes 2 client rounds, sometimes one internal and one client round. They mostly have banking clients in SG.

I didn't have interview with recruiter, I've been sent straightforward to technical interview with BA.
She was cold and unfriendly, whole interview process was so tense.
And in the end I got a rejection but with no explanation at all. What I did wrong, what are my areas for improvements. At least something.
