Process was quick and all rounds were smooth except main process of sending the offer. I have had a very bad experience where I had to follow-up with the team for 1 month to get the final response.
I was informed by the team I was selected and sent out an offer and had to request back to the team as my expected CTC was a bit higher that what they offered. They replied back stating the Hiring manager is on vacation and the position is put on hold and to wait for few more days till the hiring manger is back. But Post one month also I got the same response Hiring manager was still on vacation and there was no one else to look at it and finally I stopped following up back.
I would ask the team to respect the candidates time and not waste it by not giving concrete answers.
