I applied for Senior Java developer position in Dresden. It was for Asml client location in Dresden, Germany
3 rounds of interview were done. All were cleared. Final stage was supposed to be client interview.
4 months have passed and no update from the Talent acquisition team.
I asked some of my friends who also applied for some positions in Luxoft and same happened with them.
I understand they are looking for cheap resources, whosoever agrees to take minimum salary after taking interview from more than 1000 people is hired.
Such a shameful truth of this service based company.
Please don't trust this company. Take reviews from many people and then decide.
Don't waste your time in giving interviews for this company. Atleast for the positions in Germany.

An easy coding exercise at the beginning followed by a bunch of mostly theoretical questions from the programming language, frameworks, databases, concepts like microservices.
Unfortunately the interviewer was from another project and couldn't answer my questions about the role.

Me Escribio un reclutador y luego unos dias despues me entrevistaron tecnicamente, me hicieron preguntas relacionadas al puesto y me hicieron compartir mi pantalla para live conding. El entrevistador fue amable y cordial.
