The overall process was quick. The interview process had 3 rounds mix of technical and behavioral questions. Structure process. Azure, Databricks, Python, CICD concepts,
Technical, Hiring manager, then Client interview
Messy and unstructured.
Interviewer kept talking non-stop, giving instructions without letting candidate read the question to process the question.
Question was also phrased extremely poorly, requiring many rounds of clarification.
