Actually just wanted to give a heads-up about the application: First you're asked to fill in a normal application form: Name, email, upload a resume, etc. Then you click "Proceed to next step." Normally, this would mean that your application is not submitted... But it is. Or it's half-submitted: They've received your resume, etc., but in this next step, you're required to upload a "voice note." You can do it on the spot, or you receive an email that says you can continue later-- Any time within 48 hours. So to be clear: They have the "first half" of your application at this point, and they give you 48 hours to add a voice note. Unfortunately, I received a rejection letter after 28 hours-- Almost a full day early. Is this related to not submitting the voice note? I'm not sure-- but the application suggests that the voice note is important. Maybe they just didn't like my resume, and didn't need to wait for a voice note. But just a heads-up that this trapdoor application exists and works in a strange and opaque way. I recommend not starting your application until you're ready to record a voice note. To the hiring team: I recommend making the process more transparent, and don't allow applications to end up in this "half-submitted" state.
