There isn’t really an interview process. You just have to send in video footage of you being able to lift at least 80 pounds and fill out their application. As of this writing they do not perform any background checks and assuming they bring you on to work on their platform they do an onboarding video call with a Lugg rep who explains how the Onfleet app works and some of the Lugg company policies.
