I applied using the company portal and had to resolve several logic and english language tests. After some months I've been contacted and had a screening phone interview and another non technical interview after about a week. After that I had to code a little project that I discussed during a techincal interview after about a week. After the last interview I was told that the outcome was positive and that I would be given a proposal and after this communication I had another call to meet the whole team. After this last step I did not hear from them again for about two weeks after which I was informed by email that another candidate had been selected :)
