Easy and quick interview - around one hour via Google Hangout. They are basically explaining the process, how the company is structured etc. If succesfull they invite you to do a one hour test styling, which I rejected, because the payment is really, really low.

The interview was via zoom and very quick, as they want someone freelancer and with full availability and was not the case. The interview didn’t proceed after that. The interviewer was polite and direct. No tricky questions
