Entrevista
Had a few phone conversations and basic Java questions. Was called in for 2 on-site interviews where we discussed previous projects I've worked on and software design principles and philosophies. The Devs and Managers I talked to were very easy going, the interview was professional and realistic. No ridiculous array problem to solve in front of them.
The HR lady was VERY slow to respond and sometimes wouldn't return my calls or emails. Very unprofessional. They offered me a position but said I wasn't "Senior" ready despite my 9 years of work experience and having been in a lead position for over 2 years, when I asked why they thought so they didn't give an answer. They offered me a very low salary and there was no negotiation. I would have loved to negotiate a bit more, but Lixar did not want to discuss any further. I refused the offer. The dev process seemed very nice and the project interesting, but they weren't able to provide proper compensation.

Entrevista
I was in a technical interview with a Senior developer, very basic questions about Java, Heap meaning, some patterns, class path definition, if I face a situation with a complicated colleague, I answered all these basic questions well, but I was rejected to continue with the process and I didn't get any feedback. In resumen I wasted my time.

Heap meaning, some patterns, class path definition, if I face a situation with a complicated colleague, very basic questions, not challenging at all.
