I went through four rounds of interviews over two weeks. After the HR round, I was told I’d receive an update the next day. However, I never heard back. My calls and messages to HR went unanswered. I understand not every candidate will be selected, but if someone has invested this much time in the process, it’s basic professionalism to share the outcome or at least some feedback. The silence after such a long process was disappointing.
