I was recruiter twice by LinkedIn and on the second time I SERIOUSLY wanted to the job and got it. I loved the interview process, they want to make you feel welcome and really do want you to succeed. Their culture is really "no jerks" and I truly encountered very few during my interview and while employed there.

I was asked to conduct a mock client meeting, given a deck to use for reference. The interview was very conversational, they were really looking for my sales process and questioning ability.
