excellent fast 2 weeks. They want to understand your ability to do the job whilst staying basically an honest and respectful person. Drive results, "get things done" (LinkedIn uses another term in this place but Glassdoor won't allow LinkedIn's original verbiage) and make fun doing it, don't take shortcuts compromising own integrity etc. Use some real examples that proof your character in more challenging situations.
